Beautiful 16’W x 100’L x 16’H Gable 30 Style Shelter For Sale From Major Retailer in Elizabeth, NJ!

- Wind Bracing: 5/16” Galvanized aircraft cable
- Fabric: 20 oz polyester reinforced PVC fabric. Fabric meets NFPA 701 & CFM requirements for flame retardancy.
- Design Loads: 90 mph with cover on; 140 mph with cover removed
- Snow Load 25 lb/sq.ft.
- Installed by Shelter Structures affiliate: February 2009
- Design approved and sealed by NJ-certified engineer at time of purchase.
- Usage Purpose and Timeframe: Approximately 6 months light usage for temporary covered customer loading area. Purpose was to shelter customers from the elements while loading merchandise into vehicles.
- Condition: Light usage, no damage. Structure in excellent shape. Fabric in great shape with no rips or tears. Structure has optional weather flaps installed to reduce wind. Jersey barriers (white) included. All hardware for installation of structure will be included with purchase. Structure has served purpose well and is strongly-built. Only thing it could use is a cleaning due to outside weather. Sold in as-is condition. Buyer’s responsibility to take down structure and carry away. Spec sheets, engineered drawings, and additional pictures available upon request.
